Submitting from Singapore / outside the US
- The published rates below assume a US submission. International submitters pay more: two-way insured shipping, customs, and GST on self-sends, or a middleman margin on consignment.
- PSA's cheapest bulk tiers are effectively unavailable internationally - Value Bulk requires US club membership, so plan around the Value tier or a consignment rate (roughly US$25-45 per card all-in depending on the middleman).
- Consignment is usually cheaper and safer for small batches; self-sending only wins at volume once freight is split across many cards.

- Cards worth more than a tier's max insured value get bumped to the pricier tier.
- From Singapore: even when Value tiers return, Value Bulk requires US club membership. Most SG collectors use consignment middlemen; get an all-in quote before assuming the published rate.
